Mid-September, in the way it straddles summer and autumn, brings so many delights. The early apples are almost in, the later ones still waiting for October’s chill to fully ripen. We’re bringing Community Cider back this year, so if you’re awash in apples, drop them off. We’ll press them and add their juice to the batch. Let’s see what alchemy awaits in the 2023 vintage!
