Estate grown from eight-year-old vines, this medium body Cabernet Franc, which has been aged in French oak barrels, is high in tannins and quite acidic. Once decanted, you immediately sense raspberry on the nose followed by earthy undertones and other fruit notes on the palate. Cheer on the Tiger Cat’s while enjoying this official team vintage.
This 2016 Cabernet Franc is a medium body red which has undergone minimum oak integration to emphasize the fresh young taste. The nose has lots of raspberries, followed by fresh hay and young berries on the palate. This pairs well with pork, goat cheese, and roasted peppers.
Dry with perfectly balanced fresh acidity. Aromas of citrus and ripe orchard fruit on the nose. Flavours of white peach, apricot, pear and a hint of toasted spice on the palate. Pairs well with pork, poultry, seafood, sushi, salads, antipasto and soft cheeses. Beautiful.
This light body Gamay offers plush flavours of dark fruits and subtle spice. It exhibits flowery aromas and tart flavors of fruits like cherry, raspberry and red currant with black pepper. Pleasing on the nose and palate ending with a clean silky finish. A Double Gold Medal Winner!
