My name is Mitchell Everett McCurdy, my friends call me Ev. I wanted to create a brand that allowed me to make weird and wonderful drinks from all of the beautiful things that Niagara grows.
The bounty of British Columbia can be credited with the impetus behind my Perry. At a small, quaint pub in Victoria, I fell in love with a Perry that was steeped with gin botanicals to add an additional layer of complexity to an already interesting brew (sound familiar?)
With the vast amount of tender fruit at my disposal, I was determined to turn his dreams into a reality with a unique spin on this vintage style, and put Perry back on the radar in Niagara.
