Flugtag challenges wacky engineers and fearless pilots to fulfill their dream of flying. First they construct their flying machine. Then they take a leap of faith. Or, as is more often the case, plunge into the waters below.
Red Bull Flugtag is meant to be an enjoyable day out for participants and spectators. Cheer on the Longslice crew as they leap into Lake Ontario off a 22-foot-high ramp and relying on their homemade aircraft, the “Good Beer Blimp” for support. The “Good Beer Blimp” flies like a Lager, but she handles like an Pale Ale… It’s an homage to all the award winning beers produced by Longslice Brewery since their start!
