The Collins English Dictionary defines Sploosh as a verb meaning ‘to splash about’. The Urban Dictionary defines it as… Well let’s just say it’s similar to the feeling you’re gonna get when you sip on this quaffable quencher! Quaffable is of course defined as ‘easy and enjoyable to drink’, and let us tell you that nothing is easier to drink than a Cherry Sploosh. It tastes like a sparkling water with a hint of cherry. You’ll be asking yourself – is this even a beer?!

They weren’t yet old enough to buy beer, but they were old enough to buy all the ingredients. And so, with some help from their father, a passion for basement brewing was born. They knew that the time had come to shape their pursuits into a real, bonafide, Toronto-based brewery.
