When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of blueberries, the apple notes showcase a lasting, spicy blueberry finish. This cider blend has a unique flavour, with a complex character, lots of tannin and low residual sugar. The scent blossoms into an indescribably wonderful perfume. The heady aroma of the quince is spicy and sweet, with hunts of apple, pear, vanilla, and citrus.

This combo has a big flavour and a complex character with low residual sugar. Tayberries, a cross between a blackberry and a red raspberry, are aromatic, have a semi-tart flavour, and a beautiful maroon colour. We pick them at the height of ripeness when those sweet-tart raspberry/ blackberry notes are at their peak.
