Product Returns

A returned order is any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the buyer. This includes orders returned due to failed delivery attempts as result of adult signature not available.

All orders made through the Canthesis.ca website are processed and shipped directly from the product Producer. Canthesis is not involved in the sale, packaging, shipping or delivery of any product.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient’s address is correct. If you have listed incorrect shipping details or if an order is returned to the Producer after two (2) failed delivery attempts at the address provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may be incurred due to returns or re-shipments. Home and workplace delivery options are available.

Upon delivery, if you have determined an item to be faulty or damaged product, it is incumbent upon you to immediately contact the producer that shipped the product and adhere to their return policies. You may be required to submit a photo documenting the damage for examination by the Producer.

With your use of the Canthesis.ca website, you accept and acknowledge that you are subject to the return policies of each producer that you have ordered product from. More information on deliveries can be found on the Shipping page.

Cancellations

All orders made through the Canthesis website are processed and shipped directly from the product producer. Once the Producer has confirmed the order and has entered it into the delivery process, Canthesis is unable to cancel, make changes or apply gift certificate or coupon codes. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, the standard return policy of the Producer(s) will apply. Age Disclaimer

Persons must be 19 years of age or older to view the Canthesis website. By entering the website you verify that you are legally able to consume alcohol and understand all the risks (health, legal and other) that may occur by your doing so.

Alcohol products may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are at least 19 years of age. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult of 19 years of age or older and the person accepting delivery may be required to show identification. Alcohol products will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
